If you have a pre-reform vehicle, enter a date that is on or equal to 10/05/2011 to yield the pre-reform FBT rates. If you enter dates between 11/05/2011 and 31/03/2014, the transitional FBT rates will be invoked. This is not recommended, leave the field blank. Previous FBT Value

This field has a 0 value by default, but can be edited. This value is available to be used as a quote placeholder but is not used in any system processes or calculations. This field can be renamed. Access to this field can be role restricted.


Quote Comments

Special comments which will appear on the quote output.

Internal Comments

This field is for storing information for internal use. It is not displayed in quotes. If configured, these comments are emailed to the "Quote Request Email To" address when a quote is saved at 'Requested' status.

By default this field is populated with the user who created or copied the quote. This field can be renamed. If the stored user has been suspended, the record will be silently removed if the quote is edited. This user's details can be added to a Dealer Quote Request as a recipient. When a quote is 'Accepted' to contract, the stored user record populates the Contracts / Order "Order Manager" field. This can be changed to populate with the Clients / Contact "A/C Manager" record instead if the Contract Types / Details "Order Manager as Assigned" field is updated. No update occurs when the 'Settle' button is used.

Displays the user and timestamp for the last edit of this quote. The Audit Icon is also available here.

Eric Pricing By

This field is only visible if an Eric or client specific pricing request has been submitted. Displays the user and timestamp for the last pricing request on this quote. The outcome of the submission is shown at the right of this. It will either be 'Successful' or 'Failed'. If the quote has failed a Catch-e system validation, this field will not show, as the quote has not yet been submitted for an Eric pricing request. Hover over this to see a Tool tip which contains additional details.

This field is only visible if a Salesforce Apex API call has been submitted. Displays the user and timestamp for the last Salesforce Apex API call on this quote. The outcome of the call is shown at the right of this. It will either be 'Successful' or 'Failed'. Hover over this to see a Tool tip which contains additional details.
