Column One

Contract ID | Num (6) | Displays the Contract ID. Enter directly or use search to find the vehicle. | fm_contracts.contract_id |
Reg Number | Text | Enter or search for a registration number. If multiple matches exist, a list is shown for selection. | fm_contracts.reg_no |
Approval No | Num (6) | Enter Approval No to navigate to the Approvals page for the contract. Field is removed after selection. | - |
Vehicle | Text | Displays contract description. Hyperlinks to Employees/Item if accessible. | fm_contracts.short_description |

Buttons
Button | Description |
New | Creates a new contract and opens edit mode. |
Copy | Duplicates an existing contract with adjustments (removes driver, division, etc., copies budgets as pending). |
Import | Imports contract updates via CSV. Validates contract ID and shows proposed changes before applying. |
