Settings and features
Provider details, the two email addresses, brand status, and the features you can switch for each brand.
Settings holds the provider details drivers see and the features available to drivers on the selected brand. It works like Branding: changes are saved as a draft and reach drivers only when you Publish.
Brand status
Below the brand selector, a status card shows the selected brand as Live in the driver app or Not live yet, with a tile for each of Branding, Content, Legal and Settings marked Configured or Not configured. Only what is published counts; a saved draft does not. A brand goes live automatically once all four are configured. Default always shows Live, because it is always served to drivers whose brand is not live; where one of its areas is incomplete, its card says how many still need configuring.

Other settings
- Budget change request limit. How often a driver may send a request from Adjust limits: Weekly (every 7 days), Monthly (every 30 days), Quarterly (every 90 days) or Yearly (every 365 days). Monthly is the default.
- Receipt extraction. How confident the app's receipt scanning must be before it accepts the values it reads, as a confidence threshold from 0 to 100, or Use the platform default.
- Coming soon. In-app assistant, Vehicle marketplace, Push rejected claims back to the driver and Novated saving screen are shown but cannot be switched on yet.
Procedure: changing the support details
- Choose the brand.
- Edit the field. A phone number or email address in an invalid format is flagged and cannot be saved.
- Choose Save, then Publish.
- After the app's next refresh, check Profile > Help & support in the app.
Warning: Check the support number and email addresses before you publish. Once published, every driver on the brand sees them. On a live brand other than Default, publishing with a required detail blank takes the brand off live, after a warning.
