The Budget screen

How the Budget tab shows spending against budget, by category, for the FBT year or the whole term.

The Budget tab shows how the running-cost budget is being spent, category by category.

The period

A Year and Term toggle sits at the top right. Term covers the whole lease and is labelled Whole of term. Year covers the current FBT year and is labelled This FBT year.

The summary card

  • Whether the driver is under or over budget for the period, with an Under budget or Over budget badge.
  • A bar of what has been spent against the budget, labelled Budget and Spent.

By category

Each category, from Finance to your packaging fee, shows the amount spent, the budget for the period, and by how much it is under or over.

Adjust opens Adjust limits, where the driver can ask for a change. Transactions opens All transactions.

The statement is not on this screen. It is under Profile > Vehicle & lease > Latest statement.
