Employment Details

Overview

This screen is standard in the Employee Portal.

This screen is hidden by default in the Driver Portal but can be enabled.

When selected, an employee can change their contact details.

When logging in for the first time, users are asked to update and/or confirm their current details.

Field	Type	Description
Client	Text	Displays your Employer's name.
Pay Cycle	Display only	Displays your pay cycle.
Employee No	Text	Helper text: Enter employee number
Position	Text	Helper text: Enter position
Cost Centre	Drop List	Choose your cost centre. Only those stored for your employer are shown. If your employer is not using cost centres, this field will be disabled.
Annual Salary	Number	Enter your annual salary excluding super.
Allowances	Number	Enter any allowances you have.
Employer Super	Number	Your super will be calculated based on the Annual Salary you have entered.
Total Employment Costs	Calculation	Displays the total of the Annual Salary, Allowances and Employer Super amounts.
Employee Super	Number	Enter any additional super you are salary sacrificing.
HELP Debt	Check Box	Check this if you have a help debt.
