Getting into the portal

How to open the Provider Admin Portal, what your role lets you do, and how the menu is arranged.

The Provider Admin Portal is opened from a button on the Catch-e sign-in screen your team already uses.

Access

  • Catch-e sets up portal access on your request.
  • Multi-factor authentication applies as it does for the rest of Catch-e.
  • Your role decides, for each screen, whether you can change it, only view it, or not see it at all. On a view-only screen the buttons are greyed out and read "Your role only allows viewing this screen."
  • A user sees only their own organisation. An organisation with several brands sees all of them.
  • Branding, Settings, Content, Legal, Notifications and Promotions each keep a log of who changed what and when.

On Branding, Content, Legal and Settings, a brand selector at the top of the page decides which brand you are editing. Each brand in the selector shows Live, or how many of its four areas are complete, for example 2/4.

Note: Nothing you configure reaches a driver until it is published and drivers have been given access. A brand other than Default reaches its drivers only once it is live.
