Qualifiers

1. Your role is 'admin'

2. The user has forgotten their password

3. The Temporary Password feature is turned off for your system (for better security Catch-e recommends enabling this feature)

Reset a password

1. Go to Users / Password

2. Click Reset

3. Enter and re-enter a new password

4. Click Save

5. Let the user know what the new password is

What does the user do next?

1. On Login, the user is navigated to the Home screen. they are not required to change their password.

2. They can go to Users / Password to change their password at any time.
