Live Deployment Schedule

System changes will be deployed to Live environments every Monday evening, except in the following situations;

When Monday is a public holiday in Victoria, deployments will occur on the next business day.
When Monday falls within 3 business days before or after month end, no deployments will be scheduled until the following week with following exception,
If Monday is the 3rd business day after month end then deployment will occur after Close of Business on that Monday. E.g. Monday 5th Oct 2020 or 5th July 2021 where Monday is the 3rd business day.
If Monday precedes a Victorian public holiday, the deployment will take place on the following business day. E.g. if Melbourne Cup Day falls on Tuesday, 07/11/2023, the deployment will occur on Wednesday, 08/11/2023, rather than on Monday, 06/11/2013.

2026 Deployment Dates

Listed below are the scheduled deployment dates from June 2026 onwards.

The dates in regular font indicate the Deployment date.
The dates in blue and italic font, indicate the Sprint close date.
- Any UAT tasks must be completed and Catch-e advised prior to 1pm on the day
- Failure to do so will result in the development being delayed by another Sprint or deployed with known issues - this can be determined at the appropriate time.
