The introduction tour

The three slides a new driver sees after signing in for the first time.

The first thing a new driver sees after signing in is a tour of three slides. It explains what the app does before the driver is asked for any information.

The slides

SlideHeadlineWhat it tells the driver
1Your lease at a glanceTheir term end date and months to go; the residual payout, visible from day one; lease details and transaction statements in one place; and that what they see is what payroll has
2Know what is leftTheir running costs are already covered by their salary; they can see what is available before they spend; the app warns early if a category is tracking over; every dollar is traceable to a transaction; spending is split by category
3Just take a photoA photograph of the receipt is enough to make a claim; the app reads the amount and date; they can follow the claim through submitted, approved and paid; money goes back into their bank account or the bill is paid for them

Behaviour

  • Skip is available at the top of every slide and goes straight to account setup.
  • Next moves to the following slide. On the last slide the button reads Get started.
  • Nothing is collected during the tour.
  • The tour is the same for every provider. Your branding is already applied by the time the driver sees it.

Note: The tour tells drivers that what they see is what payroll has. That depends on the Catch-e record being current. The line about paying the bill for them relates to the Direct payment setting, which you control per brand in Settings.
