The Drivers list

The columns on the Drivers list and how to find a driver quickly.

Columns

ColumnContents
DriverInitials, name and email address. The email is the one on the record and the one the driver must sign in with.
EmployerThe employer, with the brand the driver's app is presented in beneath it
Vehicle & leaseModel, a bar of progress through the term, registration and months elapsed of the term. +1 marks a second lease.
OdometerThe last reading held in Catch-e, from any source. +1 more for a second vehicle.

Filtering, sorting and paging

  • Brand filters to one brand or all. The line opposite counts the drivers, employers and brands in view.
  • Select a column heading to sort by it, and select it again to reverse the order. Sorting by Driver follows the name as shown, first name then surname.
  • 25 drivers per page, with Previous and Next.
  • Search by name, email, registration, employer or ID from the box at the top of the list, or from the menu with ⌘K.

Procedure: finding a driver on the phone

  1. Search by surname, email address or registration.
  2. Confirm the employer and registration with the caller.
  3. Open the row for the driver profile.

Everything on this list is read from Catch-e as held and cannot be edited here. Only your organisation's drivers appear.
