Branding

The App logo, the Statement logo and the four colours, and where each appears in the app.

Branding sets the app's look for the selected brand. The preview on the right shows the Home screen and the transaction statement, and updates as you edit.

Logos

LogoRequirementsWhere it appears
App logoSquare PNG, JPG or WebP, at least 512 Γ— 512 pxIn the app: the lease card on Home, the lease agreement and statement screens, and the unlock screen
Statement logoSquare PNG, JPG or WebP, at least 512 Γ— 512 pxPrinted on the statement PDF, on a white background. Where none is set, the App logo is used.

Remove clears a logo. The provider name is entered in Settings and is used wherever a logo does not fit.

Colours

Each colour maps to one area of the app, and the tag beside each tells you which.

ColourUsed for
Main brand colourThe lease card at the top of Home, buttons, and the selected tab in the bottom bar
Highlight colourSmall status elements: progress against budget, status badges and the unread dot on the bell
Car photo backdropThe panel behind the car photo on the lease card
Screen backgroundThe background of every screen

Choose a swatch, use the colour picker, or type a hex code.

Procedure

  1. Choose the brand in the brand selector.
  2. Upload the App logo and, if statements should carry a different logo, the Statement logo. Check the preview.
  3. Set the four colours, starting with the main brand colour.
  4. Correct any readability error shown under a colour.
  5. Choose Save to keep a draft, then Publish. The status beside the buttons shows unsaved changes, a saved draft not yet published, or Published.

Warning: A colour pair that fails the readability check cannot be saved, and the portal does not adjust it for you. An unreadable theme on a phone cannot be corrected without an app release, so the portal refuses it. Choose another shade.

Publishing Branding with the logo or a colour missing is allowed only on a live brand other than Default, after a warning, and takes that brand off live. Default, and brands that are not yet live, must be complete to publish.

Branding changes reach drivers on the app's next configuration refresh. The log on this screen records who changed what.
