Promotions and the Home carousel

Setting the order of promotions on Home, reading their status and views, and what cannot be promoted.

Promotions are the banners drivers swipe through on Home.

The promotions in the order drivers swipe through them. Drag a promotion by its handle into position, then choose Publish order. Nothing changes in the app until you publish the order.

A promotion goes live and ends on its own dates. Opening a promotion shows it read-only, with an Edit button. A live promotion can be ended early with End promotion, and a promotion can be removed with Delete promotion. Create promotion at the top right starts a new one. The log on this screen records who changed what.

What cannot be promoted

You accept the content policy each time you publish. Every promotion is checked automatically for contest and gambling signals and is refused, with a reason, if it trips the check. Catch-e can end a non-compliant promotion immediately. The full policy is linked from the Promotions screen.

Warning: The Driver App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play and is bound by their rules. Contests, sweepstakes, giveaways, lotteries and raffles are not allowed of any kind, including anything framed as a "chance to win", whatever the entry method or prize. Also not allowed: gambling; steering drivers to buy outside the channels agreed with Catch-e; content unrelated to fleet leasing, servicing, salary packaging or your own driver offer; and collecting more personal information than the offer needs. Links must go to an https page you control or are authorised to link to. Offers, discounts, webinars, referral bonuses and service bookings are acceptable. If you are unsure, check the current App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play policies before publishing.
