The Overview dashboard

Definitions of every figure on Overview, and how to read the adoption funnel.

Overview shows how the app is being used. It is the screen to open each morning.

Headline tiles

TileDefinition
Monthly active driversDrivers who opened the app in the last 30 days, as a count and a share of enrolled drivers. Enrolled means drivers who have created an app account and are on the Drivers list.
Push open rateOf the drivers sent a push in the last 30 days, the share who opened it. A driver who taps the same push more than once counts once.
Claims submittedEvery claim lodged this month on a novated lease, whatever happened to it afterwards, including claims later cancelled or deleted and claims from drivers whose lease has since ended, with the share lodged in the app
Support callsTaps on the call button in the app over the last 30 days, against last month

Each tile shows the change against last month and a six-month trend. In the first month there is nothing to compare against yet.

Weekly active drivers

Unique drivers who opened the app in each of the last 12 weeks.

Adoption funnel

Where drivers drop off between getting a lease and using the app.

Push performance

The open rate of each of your five most recent notifications. A notification that sent no pushes shows No pushes sent. All notifications opens the list.

Promotions currently showing and those scheduled, with placement and audience. Manage opens Promotions.

Recent activity

The latest things your drivers have done in the app, such as claims submitted, odometer readings logged, budget change requests and documents uploaded, with the driver's name and when.
