Access Type: External

Restriction Type: Can view contracts and drivers that are linked to the nominated client record(s).

Set Up: Can be set-up to have access at a client level using either

the Users / Detail "Restrict Key" field to nominate one client code, or
checking on the Users / Detail "Restrict Range" check box and then nominating the Clients, Client Divisions, Client Cost Centres and States that the user can access.

Tab	Permissions
Home
Home	If any of the Role / KPIs options have been checked for this role, the user will be navigated to the Home page when logging in, otherwise they will be navigated to the Contract screen.
Fleet / Administration / Contracts
Vehicle	Can edit the "Reg Expiry" date for HO (History Only) vehicles.
Events	Can view events if the linked Posting Classes / Details "Event View Flag?" is checked. Can create events if the linked Posting Classes / Details "Event Create Flag?" field is checked. Can manage events if the linked Posting Classes / Details "Event Follow Up?" field is checked. Can print the displayed events to PDF or Text(CSV).
Maintenance	Can view a summary of the contract's transactions. Can enter Odometer readings. Maintenance and Fuel Reports can be printed to PDF or Text(CSV). See also "Disclose Running Costs" for Contract Type level permissions.
Claim	Create a new claim.
Fleet / Administration / Clients
Divisions	If configured, users can view, edit and add division records. Access to this tab is not configured by default. Contact your Account Manager if you would like to set this up.
Fleet / Administration / Drivers
Contact	View and edit. "Last Login" details and "Access" check box are hidden.
Contracts	View only
Fleet / Administration / Events / Contracts
Contracts	Can view events they are allowed access to. The same events are also visible in the Contracts / Events tab. Can print the displayed events to PDF or Text(CSV).
Fleet / Administration / Reports

2 Factor Authentication	If your business uses the 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) feature, you can make it optional or mandatory for this role to enrol. Otherwise, this tab will not be visible.
