The Notifications list

The columns on the Notifications list, sorting, and how reach is counted.

Columns

ColumnContents
MessageTitle and the first line of the body
AudienceThe brands it went to, such as Default (all) or a brand name
TypeOne-off, Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly. A recurring message is sent to whoever is in the audience at each send.
ReachThe number of drivers the message was, or will be, delivered to
WhenHow long ago it was sent, or how long until it sends
StatusSent, Scheduled or Draft

Scheduled and draft messages have Edit. A draft can be deleted, and a scheduled message cancelled before it sends. Compose notification at the top right starts a new message.

Sorting and paging

Select a column heading to sort by it, and select it again to reverse the order. The list opens with the newest first and shows 25 notifications a page, with Previous and Next.

How reach is counted

Reach counts the drivers on the chosen brands who can use the app: those with a driver app login and a live lease. Every one of them gets the message in the app. Whether it is also pushed to their phone depends on their switch for that kind of message. It is not your enrolled count.

Note: Open rates for your five most recent sends are on Overview. Review recurring messages monthly and stop any that are no longer needed. The log on this screen records who sent and changed what.
