A figure in the app looks wrong

How to investigate a balance, budget or deduction a driver disputes.

The app displays figures as Catch-e holds them and does not recalculate them. If a figure is wrong in the app, it is wrong in Catch-e.

Driver says	Explanation	Where to look
The balance doesn't match my payslip	The Home balance is received against spent since the lease began, not a pay period	Budget for the period; the Benefit Statement under Profile > Vehicle & lease
