An odometer reading won't save
What to check when a reading has not reached Catch-e.
A low reading or a big jump does not stop a driver saving: the app asks them to check it, and they can choose Save it anyway. A reading that seems not to have saved has usually not been sent yet.
Checks
- Signal. A reading saved without signal waits on the phone and is sent automatically once the phone is back online. Home shows how many items are waiting, and the driver can open them and send them now.
- The figure. Ask the driver to read the odometer again and enter the full figure. A reading the same as the last is marked Same as your last reading.
- The last reading. Open the Odometer tab of the driver profile audit log and look at the last reading and its source. If the last reading was entered incorrectly, correct it in Catch-e.
