About the Driver App and the Provider Admin Portal
What the two applications are, who uses each one, and how they relate to Catch-e.
The Catch-e Driver App is a mobile application for iPhone and Android that gives each of your drivers a view of their own novated lease. When a driver signs in, the app identifies the provider they belong to and presents itself in that provider's brand: the logo, colours, name, support details, documents and legal terms that you set.
The Provider Admin Portal is a web application opened from a button on the Catch-e sign-in screen your team already uses. Your administrators use it to prepare the app in your brand, and your service team uses it to look after drivers once the app is live.
Both applications are built on the Catch-e 2 infrastructure.

How the applications relate to Catch-e
Catch-e remains the system of record. The app and the portal read driver, lease, budget, transaction, claim and statement data from Catch-e and display it exactly as Catch-e holds it; neither recalculates anything. Claims are still approved in Catch-e, and budgets and leases are still changed there. The app writes a small, defined set of things back, such as claims, odometer readings and the driver's completed account setup, which your team then acts on in Catch-e in the usual way.
Catch-e does not market to your drivers. A driver receives the messages and promotions your organisation sends from the portal, and automatic notifications when something happens to their lease in Catch-e, such as a claim being approved or funds being received.
